The Dream That Started It All

This dream was the reason why I started this blog...

I have a dream that one day all Filipinos would learn to dream!
That we all would one day wake up with a dream in our hearts...
A dream that would change the Philippines!

I have a dream that one day this nation would rise up to be the best!
That all the other nations would look at the passion in our hearts...
A dream that would change the Philippines!

I have a dream that one day that we Filipinos would no longer
sit back and just wait for what life has to bring...
But instead wake up to a dream that would change our lives!
That we would look past our current situation and strive to succeed!

I have a dream that one day all Filipinos from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
Would one day dream this dream...

I have a dream that one day the Philippines
Would achieve what no other nation has achieved!
A Nation composed of 88,570,000 people,
Dreaming One Dream!
I hope to inspire every single Filipino to dream this dream by talking about the issues and mentalities that we have as a Nation.. And may my life and the lives of other Talented Filipinos inspire you...

Attention!

Okay! So my first post was about my biggest dream... I don't want to sound to nationalistic or anything but I love this country.. And I have a dream for this country.. Its honestly my biggest dream! To see this country become the best not just in Asia but the best in the world... I have other dreams, big dreams for myself like become the best lawyer, become financially secure and a whole lot more but its all behind my dream of seeing this country rise... I want to become the best lawyer so that I may be able to contribute to the judicial system of this country, I want to be financially secure to be able to be one of the biggest investors in this country.. We must all learn to love this country...

We are now known as one of the biggest exporters of talent! Our best people in the field of medicine, construction, and others are leaving this country in search of better pastures.. I can't blame them.. In this country where the minimum wage is below 300 pesos, and the price of gasoline is at 60/liter, and fare for the PUJ's is at 8pesos for the first few kilometers, and rice is at 30/kilo.. How can an ordinary Filipino afford to feed himself, clothe himself, and find shelter with the wage he is recieving? How in the world would he be able to support a family?! The only immediate answer ordinary Filipino's see is to leave the country and work abroad for the sake of supporting their families... Can you now see why we would never be able to rise up? If the best we have leave, who do we have left to help us in making this country rise up?

And to make matters worse... We are becoming a parentless country.. Parents working abroad, giving their children everything they need... But who do the kids have to discipline them and instill in them the values they should have? They are left with their "yayas" and "yayos" who do nothing but watch the kid spend his day in front of the computer or the television.. No wonder we see kids acting like the characters they see in the movies or computer games...
